The recipient of the PCS Scholarships will be decided by an independent council of judges (from within the Punjabi community) and not by the PCS Board of Directors. PCS Scholarships will be awarded at

"Rangla Punjab ‘2001" program on April 14, ‘2001 at Gateway Theater.
